You will order the cover that fits your largest measurement, and then actually alter the other dimensions of the cover to fit your body shape. Another way of looking at it is to take your best fitting dress, and to get a cover that approximates your dress measurements. If your bust size is smaller than the cover that would fit your waist, you will alter the bust to match the dress. Or if your waist size is smaller than the cover that fits your bust size, you would take in the waist. After you alter the cover to your measurements, the cover goes over the foam body, and compresses the foam to your exact shape. Remember, the foam will compress to the dimensions of the cover.
