Needle and needle thread cooler for high speed operation with synthetic threads. Movable needle guard prevents skip stitching. Push button stitch length regulator. The forward/backward motion of double chain looper can be adjusted according to the application by adjusting the clearance between the needle and looper. Carbide tipped trimming knife ensures maximum trimming life.
