Ordering Information

There are several ways to order from Sew True. You may order securely online right now if you wish. Submit your order at any time using our shopping cart, which requires a minimum credit card charge of $20.00. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. You may also send a check or money order with mail orders (see below). Order paid by check will delay delivery.

Shipping: Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. Please note additional shipping charges will be charged for heavy-weight items (exact amount can be seen on web page for that item), and on orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international orders.

Returns: THE GUARANTEE: You must be completely satisfied with every item or return it to us for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of delivery date. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained in advance for Sew True. Items must be returned unused and in salable condition. Cut goods or special orders are not returnable. Send all returns with a copy of invoice. Customer is responsible for return shipping on wrongly ordered merchandise.

Credit Card Security: We use the best software available today for 100% secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Once we receive the coded information, we decrypt it in our order department. The fact is that ordering online using your credit card is safer than handing it over at restaurants and department stores.

Please Note: Quantity discounts for mixed colors of zippers will not currently show on the shopping cart or order confirmation pages. However, once we download your secure order and create the final invoice, all discounts will be applied.
