1. What are the shipping rates?

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders take approximately 1-2 business days to process and are shipped by FEDEX or USPS. Normal FEDEX delivery time is up to 3 days, however orders going to the West Coast may take up to 5 business days to ship. You can expect your order in 5-7 business days unless you care to make arrangements for faster delivery.

3. Can I get assorted colors on zippers when ordering per dozen or per hundred?

Yes! You can mix and match colors for quantity price breaks.

4. Can I get a zipper in a longer length than 36" or shorter than your smallest size?

Yes. Special orders are accepted, however they will take longer to ship and there may be an additional charge. Special orders are non-refundable.

5. Cut Goods

No returns on cut goods, such as fabric, linings, pattern papers, etc.
