Frequently Asked Questions

Some of the questions most often asked of Sew True.

1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders take approximately 0-2 business days to process and are shipped by UPS. Normal UPS delivery time is up to 3 days, however orders going to the west coast may take up to 5 business days to ship. You can expect your order in 5-7 business days unless you care to make arrangements for faster delivery.

2. Can I get assorted colors on zippers when ordering per dozen or per hundred?

Yes! You can mix and match colors for quantity price breaks.

3. Can I get a zipper in a longer length than 36" or shorter than your smallest size?

Yes. Special orders are accepted, however they will take longer to ship and there may be an additional charge. Special orders are non-refundable.

4. If I order just one zipper do I still have to pay the shipping charge?

If it can be mailed to you, you only have to pay postage.

5. I just ordered a dress form for my daughter and was wondering what the estimated date of arrival would be? We will be away for vacation until January 5 and it would be great if the dress form could arrive after that date. If it will be coming sonner I will make arrangements with a neighbor to receive it. I was also wondering what your return policy is and what sort of guarantee there was on the dress form.
